Step 1

Shredd-Safe, is Midstates Recycling Services secure, cost-effective document destruction service. To get started, first decide which service option to use, our On-site or Off-site service, to shred your records.

On-site destruction services: We will come to your company premises, and pick up your documents. We will provide various size security bins to be placed throughout the business office areas in convenient locations. These bins have built-in locks to ensure documents cannot be removed without a key. The material in the bin will be destroyed on-site at the customer's location. The shredded paper will then be taken to our facility and will be recycled. (15 minutes per bin process).

Off-site destruction services:  We will come to your company premises, and pick up your documents. We will still supply the customer with security bins but the materials will be brought to our facility to be shredded and bailed into one or two ton bails.

Step 2   

Determine the frequency of service you need. Is it Weekly, Monthly, or even Daily?

End of the year purging?  We can even purge your files on a one-time basis.  We will provide you with the most cost efficient program available.
